Una nueva partida de IABSM! De Toofarlardy
A new game of IABSM! From Toofarlardy
En esta ocasión, los británicos deben defender un cruce de
caminos primordial para el avance aliado, mientras que los alemanes deben arrebatárselo,
exactamente por lo mismo.
On this occasion, the British must defend a
primordial crossroads for the Allied advance, while the Germans must snatch it,
exactly for the same reason.
La mesa de juego sde dispone para el despliegue desde los
lados cortos de la mesa, por el lada de 120cm.
The game table is arranged for deployment from
the short sides of the table, by the side of 120cm.
The British are hidden in the vicinity of the
crossing
With artillery units on the hill near the
crossing.
Mientras, desde el otro lado de la mesa, será desde donde
avancen los alemanes.
Meanwhile, from the other side of the table, it
will be from where the Germans advance.
Estos lo hacen de forma ordenada y muy rápida.
They do it in an orderly and very fast way.
Las unidades alemanas de nuestro flanco derecho, son
rápidamente descubiertas, por lo que deben desplegar dentro de los bosques, que
son las únicas áreas de ocultación en un terreno demasiado abierto.
The German units of our right flank are quickly
discovered, so they must deploy within the forests, which are the only areas of
concealment in too open land.
El resto de unidades, son más difíciles de detectar, ya que
nuestro flanco izquierdo está cobierta por un par de bosques.
The rest of the units are more difficult to
detect, since our left flank is covered by a couple of forests.
On the right flank, German troops entering the
forest are intercepted by small units of British recognition, which slows down
the initial rapid advance.
El FAO británico, adelantado en el bosque, avisa a la
artillería para iniciar el bombardeo de las unidades alemanas descubiertas.
The British FAO, advanced in the forest, warns
the artillery to begin the bombing of the German units discovered.
Y empiezan las primeras bajas de la contienda.
And the first casualties of the contest begin.
Mientras,
los alemanes van descubriendo poco a poco pequeñas unidades de británicos,
ocultos para poder descubrir lo antes posible a las tropas alemanas que van avanzando
hacia el cruce.
Meanwhile, the Germans are gradually
discovering small units of British, hidden to discover as soon as possible the
German troops that are advancing towards the crossing.
Mientras tanto, aparte de ir descubriendo donde están
ocultas las tropas británicas, la artillería va haciendo su trabajo.

A partir de este momento, la avalancha germana fue imparable
y las tropas británicas no pudieron frenarlas, en especial porque por el flanco
izquierdo se desplegaron los tanques alemanes que se enfrentaron a los Sherman
y Churchill británicos, llevando los primeros las de ganar.
Al final, a falta de unos dos o tres turnos, la victoria no
estaba clara (justo en ese momento), pero desde mi punto de vista los alemanes
estaba imparables y al final hubieran ganado sin reservas.
As of this moment, the German avalanche was
unstoppable and the British troops could not stop them, especially because the
German tanks that faced the British Sherman and Churchill were deployed on the
left flank, leading the first to win.
In the end, in the absence of about two or
three turns, the victory was not clear (just then), but from my point of view
the Germans were unstoppable and in the end they would have won without
reservation.
